No, we typically don't sell reproductions as we don't target sourcing them. If we do, they'll be clearly marked in the description. While not totally against reproductions, our philosophy leans more on the purist side towards originals.
If you believe you've been given a reproduction by mistake, you have a 30 day free return window.

We look at material, color, gloss, texture and compare it to our inventory of vintage action figure accessories.
Example: TMNT accessories have a specific color palette and gummy flex. GI Joe accessories can feel brittle and have tiny details needing close inspection.
You can often feel when something is off.

No, we don't accept offers as we've done a lot of research to come up with a fair price. Instead, we've added an incentive for free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
You can also take advantage of coupons and gift cards offered through social media events.

My home is smoke and pet free, but there's no way to verify about the previous owners. Any accessories that have a heavy smoke smell are washed in soap in water.

Free shipping only applies to action figure accessories orders of $49.99 or more. You can add as much as you like.
Merch such as t-shirts and printed items is shipped by our fulfillment partner and does not qualify towards free shipping.

We ship within 3 business days after your order is processed. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Also, you can log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link provided for your order.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our support team to update your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you before it is processed. If the item has already been shipped, you will have to initiate a return to receive a refund.

- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

We gladly accept international returns within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described. In those cases, we’ll make it right.
Please note that original shipping fees, customs charges, and import taxes are non-refundable.
