How Our Buy Process Works

1. Start With Photos

Send a few clear photos of your accessories. A top-down group shot plus a couple of close-ups works perfectly, preferably spread out so they're not too layered. You can reference the image below as an example. Include a rough count or weight estimate. You can also let us know what your asking price is or we can give you an estimate. 

2. Price Range Offer

If your lot looks like a match, we’ll send an estimated price range based on what we see. This isn’t a final offer. It’s a fair expectation before anything gets mailed.

3. Prepaid Shipping

Once you’re comfortable with the range, we’ll ask for your zip code and the box’s approximate weight and dimensions. A reasonable estimate is fine.

We’ll generate a prepaid, insured shipping label based on the measurements you provide and send it to you with a simple ship-by window.

When your package arrives, we verify the actual weight and dimensions as part of our inspection. If the shipping cost ends up significantly higher than expected due to a large difference, we may adjust the final offer to reflect that change. We’ll always show you the numbers first, so there are no surprises.

4. Bench Inspection

When your package arrives, we inspect and sort your items by condition, rarity, and usability. You’ll receive a clear final offer within 7 days with a short breakdown of how we arrived at that number.

5. Fast, Fair Payment

If you accept the final offer, we’ll send payment promptly using your preferred method. We currently offer payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.

If the offer doesn’t feel right, we’ll ship your items back to you. No pressure. No hard feelings.

Shipping Responsibility & Insurance

All prepaid labels are insured. Once your package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, Arm ’Em Up assumes responsibility for the shipment while it’s in transit.

If a package is lost or damaged, we’ll file a claim with the carrier. Any final payment for the lot will be issued after the claim is resolved. This helps keep the process fair for both sides.
